Do you sell to individual consumers?
No. We are a B2B supplier serving importers, wholesalers, distributors, retail chains and e-commerce sellers. We do not offer retail sales, dropshipping or one-piece fulfillment.
What is your MOQ?
MOQ is confirmed per model and order quantity. It varies across the range and with the level of any customization requested. Share your target quantity and models and we will confirm what is workable.
What are your lead times?
Lead times are confirmed per order once requirements are fixed. They depend on the model, order quantity, customization depth and component availability at the time of ordering.
Can we get samples before a bulk order?
Yes, samples can be arranged for confirmed models. Sample fees and freight are quoted per inquiry and are typically offset against your first bulk order.
Can we add our own logo to the products?
Logo, color and packaging options may be available for selected models as a supporting option — it does not change how you inquire. Mention your requirements with your models and quantities and we will confirm what is possible.
Which markets do you supply?
We work with buyers across North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific, the Middle East and Latin America. Voltage, plug type and market-specific requirements are confirmed per order.
Do you provide certifications?
Available certifications and compliance documents are confirmed per model and target market and shared during the inquiry process. We do not make blanket certification claims.
How does wholesale pricing work?
Pricing is quoted per model, quantity and configuration. Because it depends on the order, we do not publish list prices — send your models, quantities and destination market and we will quote precisely.
Can we mix categories in one order?
Yes. Combining fan and heater categories in one consolidated program is common and is quoted as one shipment plan where possible.
Can handheld fans cool a whole room?
No — handheld, desk and clip fans move air for personal comfort. For room-level cooling, the evaporative air coolers in our range are the relevant category, and they perform best in dry climates. Confirm realistic coverage figures per model before writing listings.
