How Samples, Packaging, Delivery and Shipping Are Confirmed
Everything order-specific is confirmed in writing before you commit: samples for evaluation, unit pack and carton specifications, loading details, and the delivery and shipping arrangement for your destination. Lead times, costs and available options are quoted per model and order — we do not publish fixed numbers ahead of your requirements.
Repeat Orders & Replenishment
Confirmed specifications are kept on file, so repeat orders go straight to quotation and production planning. For seasonal categories, buyers typically plan replenishment one season ahead — tell us your sales cycle and we will flag the right ordering windows for your range.
Logo, color and packaging customization may be available for selected models as a supporting option — mention it in your inquiry and it will be confirmed with your quotation.

What information do you need for a wholesale quotation?
The models or product types, your estimated quantities, the destination market, and any packaging or version requirements. A rough quantity range is enough to start — we confirm what is workable.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
MOQ is confirmed per model and order quantity. We do not publish a blanket minimum because it varies across the range — send your quantities and we will tell you what fits.
Can we mix models or categories in one order?
Combining fan and heater categories in one consolidated program is common. What is workable per combination is confirmed with your quotation.
How are samples handled?
Samples can be arranged for evaluation before a bulk commitment. Sample fees and freight are quoted per inquiry and typically offset against the first order.
How are market versions handled?
Plug type, voltage and market-specific documentation follow your destination market and are confirmed before production.
How do repeat orders and replenishment work?
Confirmed specifications are kept on file, so repeat orders skip the evaluation stage. Replenishment timing for seasonal categories is best discussed ahead of each season.
Can we add our logo or custom packaging?
