What is the difference between the three versions and their prices?

SF-20A louvre with mechanical control is CNY 320.00 per piece, SF-20T1 louvre with a digital display CNY 340.00, and SF-20T louvre CNY 380.00. All three use the 20-litre body; the price steps follow the control panel rather than the cooling side.

Does the 20-litre tank mean it runs all day?

Twenty litres is the tank body size, and the usable capacity band is above 10 litres. Consumption follows fan speed and humidity, so the tank is better described as large for a mobile unit than as a stated number of hours per fill.

How much power does it draw on a normal socket?

75 W rated and 95 W maximum at 220 V. That is low enough to run several units on one domestic circuit, which is the commercial argument for evaporative cooling in shops and restaurants where compressor air conditioning would need electrical work.
